These say they are a level1/3 magic casting item. What does this mean?
Also, same question forCasters Books ( lv 1,2,3&5).
Are the levels the number of extra magic power dice given by the items?

In the chart for casting spells it says: MAGIC CASTING ITEM: Count a +1 to Rep per level of Item being used. I'd say it works same for books as they are also magic items after all. |
