Part One
Roll 2d6 on the Building Card to see what type of Charatcer you have met. In this case it was a Criminal Element.
Roll 2d6 on the Criminal to see what you have met. I scored a 6 - a Thief.
Flip the card over and roll up it's stats.
Now you can do this backwards. Draw a Character Card, roll to see who it is. Then roll on the NHC Map and draw a Building Card to see where you will find it. More to follow.
