Is there a name for the Dark Elf nation?

I've probably asked this before, but don't remember the answer.  The Talomir maps I've seen label the country as "Dark Elf" while the text refer to race who populate the country as "Elf - Black Moon".  An old Warrior Kings document gives the name of the Capital as "Gorath."

It seems that many of the single province nations are named after their Capital, which would make the name of the country inhabited by Black Moon Elves - "Goranth."

Does anyone know if this is correct?  Any long-time Warrior Kings players remember if the Dark Elf nation had a name?

The name of the nation of the Dark Elves is "Gorath". That is the name listed on this map found on Board Game Geek -

Also, I assume these one race areas are just the dominant race? It would be handy to have a rough guide to the races found there such as “Gorath - 70% Dark Elf, 10% Orc, 10% Goblin, 10% Human”...
