I've got "Hybrid" and "Hybrid Nemesis" boardgames ( link to BGG). I think 5150 could be an alternative rule to play it solo. Is it a good idea ? Then 5150 universe seems to be very large, with old and recents books. So What is the first up-to-date rulebook to buy ?

I’m sure Ed will chime in but it really does depend on what type of game you want. If you want to play skirmish level space marines then its the new Star Army book. If you want to mooch around a sci fi city having all sorts of crazy adventures in a Blade Runner style I recommend Send Lawyers Guns & Money. If you want more of a Firefly planet hopping story I’d go for No Limits. Finally, no matter which one you go for I also very much recommend Working Grave where you get to be a Jobbing Policeman. I have tweaked it to play Judge Dredd Stories. There’s more of course. Its a big line!! It starts to get really crazy when it dawns on you how everything by Ed is modular and fits nicely with everything else. You can do absolutely anything you want once you have a good few books under your arm...

To play with "Hybrid" stuff, "Star Army Citizen Soldier" as mentionned, or "Bugs!" ? Bugs ! seems to be about space crawling in tunnels, isn't it ? "Star Army Citizen Soldier" is most recent, but what about tunnels crawling ?
