Herodotus can open the doors to so many gaming ideas. I am building 28mm paper armies for the Greeks and Persians thanks to Mr. H. I like the 'detective work you are doing to 'discover' your island. Looking forward to more installments.

One of the things I like about Herodotus is that he not only gives the history of Greece, but also what was happened in parts of North Africa, Asia Minor and Eurasia. He and Homer were two of the earliest writers to mention Amazons.
