Ok, Xeog - use any tall slender female human or space elf & paint the skin either green or bright blue.
The Xeog didn't even appear in 5150: Book One way back in 2006. They first appear in the 2007 supplement, Illegal Aliens. In every description written about the Xeog, there is no mention of them being bald headed - a bald headed Xeog is depicted in the art work, however. The Xeog most likely encountered are "rogue" Xeogs & are mentioned as being "divas." I had a cosmetic surgeon once tell me that the distinguishing attributes that identify a person as female are hair, eyes, boobs & hips. So even if a Xeog is bald, one living among basic humanoids (basics) would wear a wig to satisfy vanity.
Of course this is my opinion, but in my 5150 universe - Xeogs have hair (natural or wig). I collect in 28mm & know of only one manufacturer who does bald headed women & a couple that produce dollies & dolly heads for conversions. Makes much more sense to paint a female with hair with green or blue skin.

Thanks for the information, Atomic Floozy. My biggest problem now has been looking for some suitable figures. Unfortunately, there is a dearth of female miniatures, and when you find something, it is often one figure in a pack. After a bit of digging, I think that I will end up with a mix of Ion Age, Splintered Light, and Khurasan figures to get the figures I like for my Xeog.

I can feel your pain, the lack of good female figures is what keeps me away from the smaller scales.
