Hello, For a campaign. How many Character Points does a Character start out with and where does it show that in the rules? Thank you for any help.
*Note* Let me narrow it down a bit more. Sorry for the vagueness of my question. In the Nuts Compendium. Chocolate & Cigs, Personalize your character section. The part, Points Gained and Lost during confrontations. The role playing part of the game- Carousing. NUTS Compendium rules, page 111 SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Missions occur on the battlefield, Encounters take place when on Leave. Check your Addictions (page 90) and Attributes (NUTS, page3 and 90). It’s all about gaining Character Points (CP) when you Carouse. You can Interact, Gamble, and seek Companionship. Use the Civilians Table to generate the Civilians as needed. If you score Doubles, you have run into other American soldiers. Use the Soldiers Table instead.
I cannot find how many points a character starts with?

There are no character points that I'm aware of in Nuts. Your character and each member of his or her (if playing Soviets) squad has a Reputation of 5 or 4. At the beginning of a campaign, your force starts with a campaign morale of 4. Campaign morale is on page 61, character Reputation & other stats are on pages 4 thru 14.
If there are points, maybe they are in the quick play rules which I don't have.

These rules are in the Compendium rules. It's part of the roleplaying portion of the game- Carousing.

You start with zero. Track them as you gain and lose them each month. Keep the ones you gain. When you hit 20 you can spend it and gain a new Attribute. Any leftover is kept.
