Bravely running away is always a validly strategic tactic!
Now, what were those dwarves up to? And I'm glad the troll finally caught up joined the party. I mean, he probably just wanted to play, right?

I mean, he probably just wanted to play, right? Definitely, and horses are excellent for that Lothgolin has near frontiers with Good and Evil Dwarves so there was a chance there may be some of them lurking along its borders, and animosity between Goblins and Dwarves is universal. And yes, all the Troll wanted was some love and attention, the poor sod ;-)
