Hello together, I wonder what's the difference between Carrier Command and Fleet Commander. Those seem to cover the same subject!? Thanks in advance for enlighten me. Cheers

Carrier Command is a Companion to Fighter Command and not a standalone game. You need both to play large ship battles. Older rules and lots of details and slower mechanics. Fleet Commander is standalone, and you control a whole fleet. Fleet Commander is the better choice. Hope this helps

Carrier Commander is a different design focus. It's more like a squadron level game that feels like fighter combat in the style of Wing Commander, Star Wars or Battlestar Galactica. In Carrier Commander you literally command a Carrier, and some escorts, and manage your fighter squadrons to complete your missions - basically, you're in command of the Battlestar Galactica, not a whole fleet. There's even a section in the rules on how to be a "Space Boss" and manage your fighters using a diagram (RL carriers have an "Air Boss" who is charge of managing all aircraft on a carrier).

Stra Navy is a much older game with slower game mechanics. Still a good game though. They cover the same stuff.

They were sold to Rebel as he's looking to go to rules instead of minis and when titles slow way down in sales (Star Navy is like 15 years old) I move them to a new market. Yep, I'd stay with Star Navy if you like it.
