Already have a question about 5150:NB

Downloaded all my goodies and starting to sort through them. Great stuff! So many elements are now well integrated. A huge achievement!

But... I already have a question. I'm should it's answered somewhere, but I can't seem to find it, so I'll ask here:

In 5150:City Deck, each card has a box in the upper right, with 3 numbers in it. The lower 2 are the day/night law level, I think, as they match the law levels in other charts. But what is the large number in the center of the box ( range 1-6)? Doesn't seem to match anything.

Thanks for the quick response, Ed. I had thought of that - actually, I looked at the old City Tiles pdf - but some things didn't seem to fit. Flophouse, No-Tell, and Bank all 1 story. Strip Club, 2 stories. (OK, I see where you might be headed with the last one....) Thanks for the instruction sheet. Some of us need them!
