Hello all,
Just a quick note to say I managed to get in a complete game of Pulp PI (10 jobs) wihtin a few days of the PDFs coming out. I am about 5 encounters into a 5150NB game (I only use humans and after using a single stat in Pulp PI I have not bothered yet with adding People and Savvy). I have read the NUTS! games in prep of playing a few games over the next few weeks. I really like these quick play rules - they really hit what I am looking for in simplicity and giving a good narrative. While simple, they have done a really great job of hiding a lot of differentiation into the tables (I have run a fair bit of probabilities across them to see the chances of things and been impressed :-)) They are also so easy to modify to suit what you may want to do (although haven't yet). Think of adding more jobs to 51650NB for instance. I have even dug out some old 15mm SF figures for a bit of 5150 Star Army, hopefully soon. The subtle differences of the tables across the games really helps to distinct the games from each other.
Anyway, just wanted say I am having the most fun I have had in ages with THW rules. Too busy to even take pictures which is so not like me! These have hit the spot for me.

Thanks for the compliments. I'm moving towards playing them myself, mostly because while fast to play, they are story driven. I like being able to play multiple linked games in a couple of hours or less. And they're all different yet have similar game mechanics. Thanks again.
