Have any of the THW rulesets looked at how characters might grow by gaining new Attributes? The Increasing Rep D6 system lets you bump Rep/People/Savvy at the "end of the month" in most of the campaign rulesets but I thought it might be interesting if characters could bank some Rep and eventually "buy" a new attribute after some time.

That'd be easy enough. Choose to gain an Attribute instead of an increase in Rep. No need to roll, just swap out the Rep Points.

If you want a more long term view: Save up some Increasing d6 each month At the end of a year (because people don't change that fast), roll for a new attribute How many d6 that costs and what you need to roll for it is left to the user (because I just thought about it for two seconds before typing). Maybe roll your banked d6 and keep the dice that are higher than your rep. If you have more than your rep of those kept dice, then you get the attribute. ie. A rep5 character banks 8d6 and rolls them at the end of the year. He rolls 4x1s and 4x6s. He didn't roll enough 6's to get the attribute.
