My Half-Elf Caster hasn't had luck recruiting "good guy" adventurers for a dungeon raid, so has instead recruited goblin thieves & cheap sell swords for her band. Since her band is all goblins, does she get "2 more than actual"? Just kidding......

Is she Twilight or Black Moon?

I usually make my characters Twilight, but when working out her goals for the campaign, she's Black Moon.

I thought one of my goblins was holding a lantern, but she is holding a grenade (the 15th century kind - round with a burning fuse). Can I use the grenade rules from CR2015 in WHAT?

I don't remember CR2015 but I don't see why you shouldn't do it. Some sort of more unpredictable modern grenade would be fun to use, even smoke ones!

A damage spell might work better, wouldn't have to mess with a blast circle & would work on battle board as well as table top.
I'm beginning to think the bomb is a little to big to throw, and am now thinking the goblins use it on doors whose locks can't be picked.

Loser runs it up the target and sets it off.

My goblins aren't insane, they just don't seem to think things through....
I've nearly got them painted & will soon run a game with them. I usually make my band a group of Rep 4 bad asses, but in this case, the Caster's sidekick will be a Rep 4 & all of the others will be Rep 3.
I think the Caster will spend a lot of encounters recruiting replacements.

Recruiting can be it's own adventure, depends on which taverns you enter.
