AFV in Optional Rules for Nuts! 4th Edition

I'm sure these questions have been asked before but I can't seem to find the answers.

The optional rules appear to be for the infantry only, but were the rules changed for the Armored vehicles and soft skin vehicles?
Specifically, the tables for:
* Vehicle Reaction Test
* Vehicle Driving Tests
* Vehicle Loading Test
and where changes to the Vehicle In Sight table for Successes vs. Leader Rep?

The other tables didn't seem to require any changes (I may be wrong).
If this has been addressed somewhere else (blog, forum, Facebook) just let me know where and I'll check them out.

You can play as they are originally or swap out Rep instead of successes. Or go with this.
