Hello! I am a bit confused about how Attributes are handled in the game during character creation. It is stated that you have one class attribute and one race attribute - or a random attribute if your race doesn't have racial attributes. So, a character would have one attribute for its class and one for its race for a total of two.
The gray box on page 12 the states that Stars have two attributes and Grunts only one. This raises the question - which attribute does a Grunt get, its racial attribute or its class attribute or can you choose either?
Yours, Deathworks

Grunts get one Random Attribute plus the Class Attribute. Stars get two random ones, one they choose, plus one rolled randomly. I might have slipped on that one.

Thank you for the info. But then who gets the racial attributes? Yours, Deathworks Non-humans get thier Random Attribute assigned by Race. So Dwarves have the Resilient Attribute as their Race Attribute. Then they get their Class Attribute - Shooter, etc. Humans roll for their Attribute instead of having it assigned like Race Attribute So a Dwarf Shooter is Resilient. A human shooter rolls and could get Resilient or something else. Hope this helps

Hello!
Yes, I think I now get it. Everyone gets their class attribute, and then one racial/random one and one additional random one if they are a star, right? I suppose if I have a non-human Star, I would still roll the last attribute randomly as the race attribute was kind of chosen by the player.

Eeryone gets the Class Attribute. Non-humans get assigned the Race Attribute. Your non-human Star can roll for a Random Attribtuute.

Does a human Star have 2 attributes, or 3?

I'd go old school on this one. Class Roll for one Randomly. Choose one.
