Take your Fantasy games to the next level - Adventurers, Armies, Fleets, Single Ships and all playable together. Not a Kickstarter - right to the site. The printer has enough on his hands with the 5150 mKickstarter so don't want to overwhelm him.

Couldn't arrive at a better time, I was about to give up on THW fantasy for a D20 system.

Cool! What’s the difference between the three?

Cool! What’s the difference between the three? The way I see it, the first is war party/band scale, the second is army level, and the third is naval combat. At least judging from the titles. And yes, I am glad to see more THW fantasy.

II'm guessing WHAT updates Warrior Heroes Legends & Talomir Tales to the new mechanics & rules. The Army book updates Warrior Heroes Warbands & the venerable Rally Round the King & finally, the Flrrt Book updates the 2003 Warring Fleets.

Warrior Adventures updates the small band of adventurers moving through Talomir.
To Be King - Updated MUCH smoother Rally Round the King where you can move from adventurer to army leader to King. No figurte rem, oval or tracking losses individually.
Warring Fleets is based on Warring Fleets but dramatically moved forward mechanics wise with HHNF, Fighter Pilot mechanics. None of the spend all day moving and measuirng, more get into the fight. Also allows for Pirate or Merchant with one ship so all three books are tied together.

Will adventures in Talomir explore the entire world of Talomir? Is there a whole lot of difference between it and Distant Shores?

Any chance of a historical version of To Be King? Preferably standalone and not a supplement like the historical lists for Rally Round the King!

Will adventures in Talomir explore the entire world of Talomir? Is there a whole lot of difference between it and Distant Shores? Yes, there is a map of Talomir and an encounter chart as well as data for all or almost all nations from Talomir. The new Warrior Heroes release is a totally different beast to Distant Shores. Everything has been reworked and updated to the newest THW's mechanics.

In the past the THW rule books focused on an area of Talomir, Warrior Heroes Adventures in Talomir has stats for every nation. It is somewhat different from Talomir Tales series - Star Power has changed for example & attributes have changed to better fit the Action Table, melee, shooting & interaction. Orcs are no longer slow for example.
It may be interesting to note that there is not a retirement chart in this rule book - not that your character is going to die - maybe not right away - but those orcs are faster ....

Yes, it is different than Distant Shores but compatible. I want to put the latest mechanics into Warrior Heroes. More detail than Distant Shores but you can choose how detailed to go. Plus the Dungoen Crawl is much better.

Yes, no retirement as you can play as long as you want and reach as high a level as possible. But, Star Power is a little different.

I assume I could just use the new To Be King rules for historical games. Would the RRTK historical lists still be applicable, or are there many changes to unit characteristics? Would need elephants and different types of chariots as well!
