What kind of info are you looking for? What I know would fit in a teaspoon compared to your own vision of what those lands should be like. Bob & John would probably have a better understanding of the Border Kingdoms since they wrote books set there (Warrior Heroes: Armies & Adventures and The Druid's Children.
The Border Kingdoms don't have a navy! They were originally established as colonies by Ekra to serve as buffers between the lands of men and the lands of Orcs, Goblins, Dark Elves, etc. But some time after the Great War, the Border Kingdoms became separate kingdoms in their own right. Their style of government is a form of feudalism and the technology and society resembles that of late Carolingian & Norman France - more mail & leather armor than plate. Think of the Border Kingdoms as being like the North in Game of Thrones.
Ekra is very much a state patterned on the Middle Ages. It too has a system of feudalism, but cities are on the rise. They possess a small navy to patrol and guard their coast on the Sea of Stryfe. In times of war, they will often align themselves with Altengard, though the two nations have quarreled in the past. This is where you will find your Hundred Years War era knights & armies.
I'm not sure what you mean by the Darklands. Are you rferring to the lands of the Dark Elves & Dark Dwarves or the land of the Unead or the unknown lands to the frigid north?

Thanks Floozy, I am mostly looking for more info on The Darklands in particular, their racial makeup, cities, settlements, geography (maps), etc. I have a copy of Warrior Heroes Armies & Adventures, and I've gleaned what I could from it. I don't own Druid's Children (yet...need to sell off some minis to get it ). Aside from the Inhumans of The Darklands, I am most interested in the enclaves of the Undead within.

Ok, I found the reference in Warrior Heroes: Armies & Adventures. A Darklands is any land where the Black Moon is in control - usually where a ruler is possessed by a demon or has relinquished control to.a demon. This could be an entire land like the land of the Dark Elves, Dark Dwarfs, or the Undead - or it could be a single duchy or city within a Kingdom such as what you find in The City Below.
I don't think there is a specific geography for a land under Black Moon control that I know of.
