Hello. This was a great read. I bought the game based off this review. Then I read more of your blog. Then I also purchased Red Sand, Black Moon. Your Gladiator Stories are also Fantastic. I love this game. I have only fought 2 fights so far, but they were fun, and my 2 characters played quite differently. I created my first character with high power low stamina. Put him up against number 72 ranked Zhuh-Zhuh. I rolled poorly for my opponent. Surprisingly I won my first match by points after 3 rounds. I may write up a report some day, but right now I'm typing with my phone. My second match is still ongoing. I created a Johnny Mnemonic character with a Weak Cpu running a "Stone Cold" Loop. I put him up against a recreated "Bouncing" Betty Caruso. I'm. Not done, and I think Johnny is going to lose. We are in the 4th round. Johnny knocked Betty down 2 times in the early rounds, but now the loop is burning his Stamina. She has knocked him down Once and bruised his eye. I'm. About to run into a situation that I may need a ruling on. What happens when the Loop burns my Stamina down to 0? Does the fight end, or keep going with no chance of recovering from a knock down?
anyway. Thank you for writing such a great review. I have been having a blast.

I think you are right, once the stamina goes below one, there is no chance to recover. He would pass zero d6 & become knocked out.
I'm glad you are enjoying the game. It's one of my favorites. I'm really not a big boxing fan, but I fell in love with Betty & the characters around her.
Red Sand, Black Moon takes a little longer to play, mainly because there are more areas on the body to track.
