I've been on a mission to get the bulk of my immediate 5150 figures painted. Rather than post each batch as they are completed, I'll just add them to this thread as I go. And feel free to add your own figures to this thread as well, the more the merrier! 5150 Muggie Zhuh-ZhuhThis band of Muggie Zhuh-Zhuh (the smaller members of the species) are the perfect support team for the Zhuh-Zhuh space crew of the good ship Sparkly Night Bug. These figures are the "Gibbons with Guns" set from the 28mm "Boiler Suit Apes" from Eureka Miniatures. Time ago I used the minis from the boxed game "Gears of War".
This would be a Hishen team or squad. 1 Razor (top left), 1 Grath (top right), 3 Hishen warriors, the one in the middle specialist with a stun cannon to get prisoners alive, 2 uncompleted Hishen warriors used as trackers or shepherds, and 2 "hounds" to chase fugitives. The game gives you enough figures to build three squads like this one.
A size comparative of the Grath:
And my take on Xeog:
I posted same Zhus as you in your other thread. Cheers, J.

Very cool, I especially like that figure you're using for a Grath. I have the Acheson ones, they are kinda bland. I am also using the same figures you are for Xeog, I'll post when done.

Waiting to see your Xeogs ;-)

Here's a small team of Xeog Mercenaries, using figures from the 28mm Urban War “Syntha” faction, with more figures available at Scotia-Grendel miniatures. I decided that the Blues got a bad rap and are the more experienced leaders within the Xeog culture. In my games, at this stage in their life a Xeog who becomes a "Blue" has started to develop psychic abilities akin to Razors, which, without help, can drive them insane. This is a closely guarded Xeog secret, and they float the idea that they are "rogues" to enable these enhanced intelligence agents to operate in the "Dark Web" of the 5150 'verse without blow back to the Xeogs.

I notice none of the Xeops are bald - I'm sticking to my guns that bald Xeogs are Gaea Prime propaganda!

I notice none of the Xeops are bald - I'm sticking to my guns that bald Xeogs are Gaea Prime propaganda! You betchya! I have one more add to my own campaign Xeog, which is that as a Xeog matures they can evolve past Blue, and their skin changes to a deep purple. These are the ruling class of the secretive Xeog, powerful psychics in the fullness of their skills. Outsiders may have sometimes heard a rumor of a Xeog called "of the purple," assuming it to mean they have some affectation for purple robes, as in ancient days in many cultures denoting someone of the ruling class...few know the truth, and fewer still have survived an encounter with a Purple...

Really nice figures and painting John. The blue one looks scary
