Sounds good. Some more ideas here.
In Sight Test: - 1D6 Enemy is prone (All figures in the group) - 1D6 Enemy is camuflaged
Fast Move: - 1REP for MG's Teams, Baz, PZK, PF, etc

Honestly do think that mmgs, hmgs and infantry anti tank teams should not be able to fast move at all due to the weopons weight but that's a personal point of view, Have been toying with the idea of bringing back the old double one rule for lmgs, mmgs and hmgs to represent the weopon jamming and not being able to fire until the next turn irrespective that the team is active or inactive at the time.

Lots of ways to tweak the games to fit how you want them without changing the whole thing. All are good ideas.

My favourite house rule was posted by Bob in the old Yahoo group back in 2013:
"If you spend an action going on Overwatch, that figure/squad uses the old In Sight [2E]. They are ready and waiting and if the enemy gets off the first shot it is only because they screwed up."
So (in case you're not familiar with Nuts!2E), if I have a unit on Overwatch and the enemy comes into view, rather than both sides rolling for In Sight, just my OW unit gets to roll 2d6 vs Rep; P2= I fire first, P1= I Snap Fire (hits on 10+), and P0= I fail to spot them.
With two units alternating moving/going on OW, it plays out just how bounding overwatch should.

That sounds interesting Jgregory, unfortunately I have only recently started playing Nuts so have missed out on all the Yahoo forum stuff!

Easy way - If in Overwatch count a +1d6 bonus on the Action Table.

One of my house rules is when a PEF is resolved on a Patrol, there's a chance the enemy unit is milling around not paying attention. My squad will either surprise them or attempt to sneak by. I got this idea from watching Combat!

Hey Tekawiz! You got me thinking (uh-oh!). How about this . . . If on a Patrol mission, winning an In Sight Test by 2+ successes means the enemy has been caught Flat-Footed (no attacks or movement, just "Restricted In Sight tests" which I will define further).
While the enemy is Flat-Footed, one or more members of the patrol might try to use non-charging, rear aspect melee attacks during their activation in an attempt to render one or more of the enemy unit's members OOF or OD in Melee (representing silencing one or more enemy who might be moving or on lookout). If successful, the enemy unit is penalized by 1d during next activations's Restricted In Sight Test (having just lost some of their detection, they are more likely to remain Flat-Footed).
The enemy remains Flat-Footed until: A A weapon is fired. B A melee fails to outright neutralize an enemy. C The enemy either wins a Restricted In Sight Test (which must be conducted every turn while LOF exists) or manages to lose the roll by only 1. D A member of the Patrol moves more than 1/4 rate within LOS of the enemy. In any of the above cases, the Restricted In Sight Test result is immediately treated as a normal In Sight result and frenzied combat ensues as all enemy are alerted. It's fun to imagine the possibilities. A unit suffering the effects of Privation might steal weapons, ammo, food, water from a Flat-Footed enemy unit. A specially equipped force might try to demolish whatever the Flat-Footed enemy unit is supposed to be guarding. Sabotaging enemy vehicles. Or, just trying to sneak away at 1/4 movement rate, especially if the odds appear unfavorable!

I'm sure there are many different ways you can sneak by enemy patrols. In the TV show Combat! they seem to do it all the time and on occasion one soldier makes a noise...
I tried to keep it simple:
At Night/inclement weather
+1d6
Stealth Attribute
+1d6
Pass 2d6
Soldier gets by undetected
Pass 1d6
Soldier steps on a branch and it breaks. Roll again. If pass 1d6 again, character is detected.
Pass 0d6
Oops! Soldier made a noise! Both sides go to In Sights.
