If a soldier cannot find cover to duck back, he goes prone. Is he consider ducked back and prone? That is, must he recover before he can stand up or even shoot?
Prone soldiers can be seen and targeted. Does going prone make them harder to hit? I don't see it mentioned on the shooting table.

I would count prone as in cover.
