Wandering in my HD, I have found Quick Play Sports document, wher John Hovey adapted Ed rules to play a football much just rolling three dices. The system is very smooth and you can play in 10 minutes a european football much.
Each match is divided in to two halves, and 4 chances. You roll taking into account the characteristics of your team or the NPC team and trying to get more success than the other team, tries to get a goal.
The first match finished with a 0 - 0, the teams where "Daring Ostrcihes" vs " Incredible Toads", and The Toads had two opportunities to get a goal, but the goalkeeper succesed stopping the ball.
I don't like soccer, but I love american football, so I would try to play it like an american football match.
I would like to know if John Hovey have improved the document, or if Ed the Two Hour Wargames Guy have any further plan for developing this kind of games.

I have rough drafts for American Football, Hockey, Baseball, and Boxing. A v2 of soccer is close. Iām attempting to reduce the number of draws.
