5150 NB - Lower Polaristan? Lower Hope? Gaea Heights?

In the most recent 5150 New Beginnings book, is there any background written up for the various New Hope City areas? What's the difference between Lower Polaristan and Lower Gaea or Lower Hope? Is Hope Heights more upper class than Gaea Heights? I'll just make my own backstory for these places but I was curious what was in your headcanon Ed & John?
