Page 52: "APR minus AR or DV of target." I'm thinking this means a successful D6 roll meets or is under the target value.
Two examples:
APR = 12 & AR = 8. So 12 - 8 = 4. What are the penetrating rolls? 1 through 4, I have to think.
APR = 12 & AR = 3.* So 12 - 3 = 8 and any D6 rolls penetrates.
Is that right?
