In the results on the fireing at infantry table, one result is Infantry suffers -1 to rep. Is this permanent? Also, on the After Mission Recovery Table, it mentions the Commander/Pilot Reassignment Table, and the Crew Reassignment Table. I cannot find either of these.

Also, on the After Mission Recovery Table, it mentions the Commander/Pilot Reassignment Table, and the Crew Reassignment Table. I cannot find either of these. Nice catch. Here it is, use for all crew members, even commander. Thanks again.
CREW REASSIGNMENT If a vehicle is no longer functioning or has been destroyed, crewmembers will be reassigned. Here’s how we do it: • Consult the Crew Reassignment Table. • Roll 2d6 versus the Rep of the Tank Commander. • Determine how many d6 are passed. • Go down the left-hand column to the appropriate row, then across and immediately carry out the result. 2 CREW REASSIGNMENT (Taken vs. Rep) # D6 PASSED RESULT 2 Crew is reassigned to a similar vehicle. 1 Crew is reassigned to a vehicle with the next lowest front Armor Rating. 0 Crew is reassigned to a vehicle with a front Armor Rating; lower than if passed 1d6! # D6 PASSED 2 1 0 RESULT Crew is reassigned to a similar vehicle. Crew is reassigned to a vehicle with the next lowest front Armor Rating. Crew is reassigned to a vehicle with a front Armor Rating; lower than if passed 1d6! # D6 PASSED 2 1 0 RESULT Crew is reassigned to a similar vehicle.
