Hi. I finally tried Swordplay after two years and I really liked it. Now I'd like an advice on how improve the whole thing; Would it be better Legends or Talomir tales?
In case of Talomir, can I start form any of the books or I must take Distant Shores
first?
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Both are good games. It is kind of like asking which is better D&D 3rd edition or D&D 5th edition. While older versions of games are still fun to play, authors write supplements and modules to support current editions. Two Hour Wargames is one of the game publishers where it's scenario books and supplements can be played with older rules as written, or with just a little tweaking.
Personally, I like Talomir Tales and the use of the Action Table to drive the game, since I play most of my games solo. The gaming community in the Dallas area is somewhat fragmented, there are only a few stores in a 100 mile radius where there is in-store gaming and only one or two local conventions per year when gamers can take time to come together to game.
Anyway, both games are good. Talomir Tales has newer mechanics and is the version newer scenarios and supplements are being written for. As of now, I think you do have to buy Distant Shores first as it has the core rules in it. Though Piathoe's Peaks is a good one (I have to say that, I wrote it! Lol).

Thanks a lot for your kind reply, if in Dallas the game comm is fragmented, in my place (a little European half-mountain village) ther's no gaming community at all so I will have the 98% of my plays solo too! So I'll go with Talomir Tales Distant Shores and with the next discount I'll get your scenario too (I have a perfect wonderful Red Sonja mini waiting for it)

Floozy is correct, all of the games can be played together with little changing. Which Swordplay did you use? The current one (2018) will give you a free look at how Talomir Tales plays.
