Hola! If Reddit is one of your social media standards, I just started r/twohourwargames, check it out! I've also noticed more people migrating away from Facebook to Discord as well. What about that as a chat board? Where do you go for your hobby news and chat?

Cool stuff. I'll get to posting. I'd recommend adding a couple of Flairs to help distinguish posts, such as "AAR" or "Question" etc. If you need help I have a bit of experience with customizing subreddits, but it's pretty straightforward. I'd agree that a Discord is a good idea. I don't personally use it a lot, but just about every other hobby and game has its own Discord, so why not THW?

Is there a link to this thing? A luddite wants to know.

Or if you prefer the oldschool Reddit layout for its simplicity:

Is there a guide somewhere? It seems awfully hard to navigate around I especially hate being asked if I'm a robot on every page or comment or whatever.

I don't know about a guide, but old.reddit is much easier to navigate than the default www.reddit IMO. I've never had problems with Captcha stuff, but you might need to sign up for an account to get around that.

I already have a Reddit account from the half dozen other Reddit things I belong to that I never bother to read because I can't figure out how it works.

When you view a page like /r/twohourwargames, each listed post is either a Text Post or a Link Post. A Link Post takes you to a different webpage i.e. an AAR blog. If you want to view the Reddit comments thread for Link posts, you have to click "Comments" under the post title. An example of this on r/THW is my Southern Bank Catastrophe post: Clicking the title link takes you to my blog, so you have to click "Comments" under the link to view the thread. Clicking a Text Post link will simply take you into the Reddit comments thread. An example of this is the sticky Lounge post for general discussion. Not sure if that helps, but otherwise you might try: www.tomsguide.com/reference/what-is-reddit
