Just a quick question for clarification - Do dazzled figures who have been halted for the current activation and their next activation, take the Will to Fight Test?
For example, my sorceress & her band encounter a band of hobgoblins in a dungeon, she casts dazzle on two of them. At the end of melee, one dazzled hobgoblin is left alive.
I rolled on the Will to Fight Table, my sorceress and her band carry on, but on the hobgoblins' roll, one figure is supposed to leave the battle, so does the immobilized hobgoblin flee?
I went ahead and played that he did flee. My Black Moon sorceress is cruel and could see her doing either one - slitting an immobile opponent's throat or letting him go to spread fear of her throughout the dungeon.

Correct, Dazzle stops voluntary actions only.
