But of course! I will be happy knowing that this will be used for an actual game just keep in mind that art assets I used here are not mine, just stuff I found on internet, so the map is not for commercial use.

5150 is a complete sci fi universe. Rules cover Fleet Combat in Space Traders and fighter combat in space. Military sci fi versus aliens and Bugs. Civilian Firefly adventures in New Hope City. About 15 titles and expanding

And these map tiles above do what exactly?

The only 5150 title I'm aware of that uses City Tiles is "5150 Back Alleys, Bright Lights." It was a quick way to lay out terrain and was used in place of the nine section grid found in other THW games. Each tile represented 4 buildings. As you made your way through the tile, combat with resolved PEFs was done on a battle board. Five reversible tiles came with the rules & a separate City Deck was sold if you wanted more tiles. I have a post of a game I played using the tiles here: Going on a Lark

The transit system map of New Hope City first appeared in 5150 New Hope City PI followed by 5150 Urban Renewal, 5150 Back Alleys, Bright Lights and the new 5150 No Limits series.

That's correct. As atomicfloozy explained those are city tiles for using with Back Alleys, Bright Lights. BTW Back atomicfloozy, you mentioned City Deck, is this only a set of extra tiles or does it add something extra?

It was just an extra set of of 9 double sided tiles with different building configurations. A 10th tile has a key for all of the area of New Hope, whereas the key in the rules was only of Lower Hope. A similar product at the time was the All Things Zombie City Deck which was the size as a deck of actual playing cards. They were all ways to randomly and quickly generate terrain for the game.
