Hello there, I have some questions about the 2015 edition of CR.
Rules as written, if there are buildings on the board, each one can generate a PEF. Does that work this way even during the games in Urban environments? Because that would often result in generating crazy enemy numbers.
Also, a PEF is generated when I move within 12" of a building and I have LOS to it. But then it's written to "resolve it normally". Does it mean that I should resolve it right then, or after I get LOS to the PEF itself?
"The first time coming within 12” and LOS to a building a PEF is generated inside the building. Resolve it normally. If the PEF did not resolve as an enemy:
The first time the building is entered resolve aPEF using 3d6, counting the lowest two results.
This seems to imply that the PEF generated when coming close to the building is resolved immediately, and if it fails to generate enemies, you still will risk facing it if you enter the building. Also, is PEF resolved "for each area of the building" only after entering it, or when getting close to it?
If PEF resolution results in enemies being present in the building when coming close to it, are they considered being positioned at windows and doors?
How charging enemies in buildings would work, either from the outside, or within?
Can a figure move, shoot, then use up the rest of their movement? (not that it would be usable for some corner abuse, thanks to the In Sight rules)
What happens if a PEF is placed within LOS of player's figures during the set-up? Does an In Sight roll happen immediately after any of involved groups activate?
For purposes of Concealment and Cover rules, when is a Moving figure considered to have ceased moving and become Stationary? After finishing Movement? If the part about finishing movement after taking a shot was correct, and after firing the figure would resume its movement, would it be considered Stationary or Moving for the possible Returned Fire (and so, the possible usage of Cover)
If a figure would come In Sight of an enemy simultaneously (well, as simultaneously as you can in a board-less movement system) with acheving a Covered position (for example, a hill's ridge, or a corner of a building, if allowed to be used as Cover), would this figure be consider as in Cover for purposes of any possible firefight?
Targetting rules: "Figures match up one on one when targeting each other whether firing or charging into melee. The firing side when shooting or the charging side if going into melee determines target allocation." How does this interact with weapons having more than 1 Target? If I have a single dude with a 3 Target weapon shoot at a 3 men group, can I just focus all 3 dice on a single enemy? Would only this one enemy roll a reaction for Receiving Fire (with a chance of Returning Fire), with other people doing nothing (or, more possibly, they would only roll on a fairly propable Man Down reaction)? Or I would have to, in all cases, if possible, spread all shots from any firing group across the targetted group? If a single enemy rolls a Return Fire against multiple attackers, does he spreads his shots across all shooters, or focuses on only one?
