I follow your line easyeight , in fact as far as I am concerned infantry troops follow the same behaviour when a sniper impact one of them... run and try to hide. To my mind, I was looking for a game similar to World of Tanks, where your tank doesn't explode at first internal impact, I would like to play this game with no more than 2 or 3 tanks per side. Play with 2 or 3 tanks but play with multiple PEFs and see how far you get, then play multiple games.

Yep, and I like to add a range of PEFs - most of the threats a tank crew faced walked on two legs and used ATGs and panzerfausts/bazookas.

I see you point of view easyeight, surely you know about this battle, reflect very accurately what you say. Small Unit Actions_ Singling.html (83.51 KB) In Nuts! sure, the tanks blow out very quickly, I've try to adjust the armors a little and to add some modifier ex. "boxcars" or 5-6 in the destruction table, It could be an unlikely destruction, etc, Sometime the gunners fire a first round of HE in order to immobilize the enemy and then finish with AP. Thank you.
