Derelict Space station bug hunting

Hi

Curious about running a game on a corridor/room map with soldiers room clearing and hunting PEFs and getting ganked, a bit like Aliens film. Not worried about "my guys" and development, just a pick up and play thing for two players with me being the bugs (for example). 

I have Star Army 2nd tour as well as some earlier 5150 stuff. Are there any guides or pointers for doing something like this?

I thik Star Marines is what you need, it even includes a stand alone scenario of bug hunt in a science lab on an alien planet. But it is definitely possible to do with Star Army with a bit of fiddling. I guess it depends on your personal taste. Marines' rules are more abstracted and faster, you don't really need terrain to play it. Army is more detailed, a bit more complex but also adds some tactical depth. In any case you basically need a floorplan where each room/corridor functions as a map zone in a regular game and you are set.

You can use Star Army by:
1 - Apply the Leader dice roll for In Sight to each figure individually.
2 - Each new section you enter generates a PEF.
That can work, Star Marine is better suited for it, but again, it can work with the small mods I suggested.
